  • Sending this form starts the clock. You then have 14 days to send the goods back.
  • Please read the section on sealed product in our returns policy before cancelling an item you have opened. You keep the right to cancel, but we may have to reduce the refund substantially, and we would rather tell you that before you post it than after.
  • If the item is faulty or not as described, do not use this form — email us instead. You have stronger rights and we pay the return postage.
